Since 2023
WEAVING
La Tejedora emerges at a time where those in power in Puerto Rico are betting onthe displacement of Puerto Ricans, the dismantling of our educational system and the apathy and political demobilization of young people.
Now more than ever, it’s vital to uplift young leaders and weave this generation’s values into the policies shaping Puerto Rico and the world.
Thank you for supporting our work.
THREADS OF RESISTANCE: OUR WORK
Our work is rooted in deep listening and collective action. We have positioned our organization as a powerful thread in the fabric of connecting Caribbean and diasporic movements to our work in the archipelago. To do this effectively, we prioritize cultivating spaces and experiences for young social justice leaders that exposes them to strategies, models and teachings to strengthen their organizing and mobilizing efforts in Puerto Rico.
